Keep Columbia Free’s own Mitch Richards drove to Grain Valley to hear Sheriff Richard Mack speak. Mitch had a chance to visit with Sheriff Mack and ask him a little about the drug war. At one point Sheriff Mack pulls out an old photo of himself when he was an undercover narcotics officer.
